Investigations underway after car set alight in Kilkenny city estate

Investigations continue after a car appears to have been set alight in Kilkenny in the early hours of yesterday morning.

It happened at about 3:30am in the Lakeside area of the city.

Gardaí say they’d had a report of an incident of criminal damage by fire at that time.

No injuries were reported.
