Kilkenny SPCA is offering free dog neutering for social welfare recipients and pensioners.

The scheme, funded by the Department of Agriculture, is limited to one dog per household and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Proof of social welfare or pension is required, and those interested are encouraged to contact the SPCA to register.
