Plans lodged for 24 apartments on outskirts of Kilkenny city

Plans have been lodged with Kilkenny County Council for 24 new apartments on the outskirts of the city.

Michael Joseph McGuinness is proposing the one and two bed homes at a site off O’Loughlin Road.

A warehouse there would be demolished to make room for three floors of housing over ground-floor parking and services.

A decision is due on September 9th.
