Man dies following a fire at a house in Carlow Town

Gardai have confirmed the death of a man following a house fire in carlow.

It happened yesterday in Mount Leinster Park, Tullow Road in Carlow Town.

KCLR news understands that the man in his 40’s was brought to St Lukes General Hospital but died later that evening.

Investigations are ongoing but it’s understood foul play’ s not suspected
