Traffic restrictions are in place in part of Carlow town ‘in the interest of public safety’.

It follows the county council’s issuing of a Dangerous Structure Notice on a building at Shamrock Square which earlier this week was the topic of conversation at the local authority’s monthly meeting.

The temporary measures are outlined as follows;
