‘Shocking’ and ‘Senseless’; Carlow based Simon Lewis reacts to shootings at Bondi Beach

Shock continues across the globe as shooting scenes from Bondi Beach which has left 16 people dead.

Australian police have confirmed the two gunmen are father and son – the older man was shot by officers, the younger one injured.

They’d opened fire on those marking Hanukkah with those killed including a ten year old girl and a Rabbi.
