Visitor restrictions will continue for the foreseeable at St Lukes General Hospital for Carlow and Kilkenny.
A spokesperson for Dublin and South East HSE has told KCLR News that the measure introduced over the weekend will continue in a bid to reduce the spread of Norovirus and is being reviewed daily.
Only one visitor per patient is allowed during visiting hours of 6pm to 8pm, unless otherwise authorised by the relevant Ward Manager.
All visitors too must wear a mask.
