Carlow County Council Homeless Services Cold Weather Protocol to remain in place until end of March

Carlow County Council has confirmed its Homeless Services Cold Weather Protocol will remain in place until the end of March.

It sees the provision of emergency overnight beds for people who are sleeping rough and can be accessed by contacting the local authority directly, with an after-hours number available.

As outreach teams continue patrols during periods of extreme weather those in the area are encouraged to report any concerns you might have.
