Sports clubs in Carlow and Kilkenny reminded of local funding meeting with Minister

A local TD is reminding sports clubs across Carlow and Kilkenny to attend this evening’s meeting on the Community Sports Facilities Fund.

As we revealed last week, Minister of State at the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport Charlie McConalogue will be at the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel from 5.30pm with department officials outlining details of monies that could be of help.

Over €10million came the way of both counties in the last round.
