Kilkenny winners at last night’s Gold Medal Hotel Awards

Celebrations locally this morning as two Kilkenny businesses picked up prizes at last night’s Gold Medal Hotel Awards.

The glittering bash took place at the Galmont Hotel & Spa in Galway with close to 40 categories boasting gold, silver and bronze offers.

Mount Juliet Estate took the top spot for Five Star Chef of the Year and silver for Five Star Guest Experience while Newpark Hotel and Spa was declared Ireland’s most Family Friendly.
