Gardaí advise those in Carlow and Kilkenny using public transport to keep sight of their baggage

Gardaí are appealing to those using public transport to keep their bags close where possible.

It comes as a local woman recently reported hers was missing to Thomastown Garda Station after departing a train travelling from Dublin Heuston to Waterford.
