No human injuries reported in county Carlow crash but fate of horse involved appears to be unknown

There were no injuries reported in a road incident involving a horse in Carlow.

Gardaí have confirmed they attended the scene of a crash involving the animal and a car on the Hacketstown Road just before 7:30pm on Monday evening.

The driver’s understood to have escaped injury – the fate of the horse however is unknown.
