Labour Party bidding for ‘revival’ in Carlow town

The Labour Party’s bidding to revive itself in Carlow town.

A well-attended AGM of the grouping saw the election of three new officers – Peter McCarthy was elected Chairperson of the branch, Tomás Ó Flaithearta is the Secretary with Konstiantyn Serhan its Youth Officer.

They aim to boost membership and representation with just one sitting county councillor in the form of Willie Quinn who’s based in Borris.
