“Positive to see we’re moving forward” say Carlow town businesses of council plan to transform key derelict buildings

Carlow County Council’s plan to transform a number of derelict buildings in the main town centre appears to be resonating well locally. 

Last week we outlined how the Compulsory Purchase Order process had been started by the local authority at 15 sites in Carlow town (details here).
