Head of Operations with the utility company, Margaret Attridge wants people to be mindful of the water they’re using in their homes and gardens, noting; “In a recent survey it did tell us that there was a third of Irish people admitted that they pay limited attention to conserving water in their day-to-day lives, what we’re doing now is just issuing a national appeal reminding people that water is precious and we’re just encouraging people that they can make simple changes in their day-to-day lives to protect our supplies”.
