‘Mini White House’ in Kilkenny for sale with €2,200,000 price tag

Kilkenny’s renowned ‘mini White House’ is up for sale.

Rossenarra House in Kilmoganny is believed to have been designed by James Hoban from Desart, Cuffesgrange, the Architect who later designed the home of the US President, the White House.

Vacant for a number of years, in recent days the eight-bed, five-bath building’s been listed with a price tag of €2,200,000 by Churches Estate Agents, Blackrock (See Daft.ie listing here).
