Mt. Leinster Rngs are the only undefeated team in the J.J. Kavanagh & Sons senior hurling championship after three rounds, St. Mullins and Naomh Eoin are in good positions, however with two more rounds to go nothing is sacro sanct as yet.
Naomh Eoin defeated St. Mullins in the intermediate hurling championship by 1-12 to 0-11 and that paves the way for the semi-finals which are on next weekend.

The junior hurling semi-finals are also on next weekend, Palatine v St. Patricks, and Burren Rngs v Naomh Eoin
A sudden start from O’Hanrahans rocked Ballon in the Michael Lyng Motors intermediate football championship yesterday evening O’Hanrahans led by 3-8 to 0-4 at half time and went on to win by 5-11 to 2-8. That win puts O’Hanrahan on top of the table
