Carlow’s Saoirse Ronan has appeared on the cover of Time Magazine this week.

The Ardattan actress is among the 10 ‘Next Generation Leaders’ picked by the magazine.

However, the 22-year-old appears on the front cover alone.

Saoirse’s performance in Brooklyn won a best actress nomination earlier this year.
