The incoming president of the Students Union at IT Carlow is urging locals to ensure they’ve applied for their grants for college.
Lorna Fitzpatrick was speaking to KCLR ahead of the 8th of July deadline.

The national awarding body ‘susi’ has already awarded grants to 37 thousand students for the college year ahead.
