Students at IT Carlow will be paying their respects to the Paris victims this morning.
A minutes silence will be held in the court yard of the college at 11am.

Students are also being encouraged to wear blue, white or red clothes in memory of those who died in Paris on Friday.
Red ribbons will also be supplied to students to wear around the college.

A number of students from France are currently studying at the local institute as part of the Erasmus programme.
