The county council is being called on to take action before the litter problem in Bagenalstown gets worse.
Councillor Andy Gladney says it’s started to get worse in recent weeks.
And he says the small number of people who are employed to look after the area through social welfare schemes can’t be expected to counteract it by themselves.
He raised the matter at this week’s monthly meeting of the county council.
