A local seconday school will find out later today if they’ll finally be getting a new sports hall after more than a decade and a half.
Presentation de la Salle in Bagenalstown have been waiting for new specialist classrooms and sports facilities for 16 years now.
The school last week welcomed Education Minister Jan O’Sullivan who was keeping tight-lipped when asked whether they would be granted the money.
A national announcement on the grants awarded is expected this afternoon.
