A ban on drinking could be extended to more of Carlows public spaces
The bye-law was introduced in St Mullin’s in August after numerous complaints about public intoxication and littering – especially during the summer months of 2014.
The matter was outlined in an environmental report presented at yesterday’s council meeting.
Speaking to KCLR News, Senior Executive Engineer, Jerry Crowley says expanding the ban is a possibility.
