He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on May 30th, 2021, at his home.

In accordance with Government and HSE guidelines, Fran’s Funeral Mass will take place in St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, on Tuesday at 11.30am and will be followed by burial in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.

Fran's funeral cortège will leave his residence and travel to St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen at 11.15am approximately. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.
