Difficulties at St Luke’s Hospital raised in the Dáil
Our two local Fianna Fáil Deputies used their speaking time in the Dail last night to highlight the difficulties at St Luke’s hospital.
Staff and patients at the facility have been contacting KCLR in recent days to express their frustrations while the manager at the hospital has acknowledged it has been ‘challenging’.
Last night Fianna Fail brought a motion on HSE emergency departments and Deputies Bobby Aylward and John McGuinness both addressed the house with stories from the local hospital.
Deputy McGuinness questioned Minister Kathleen Lynch on what is happening with the health service.
