Efforts are underway to identify the pedestrian killed in a crash near Tullow early this morning.
The man believed to be in his 20’s died at the scene after being struck by a vehicle on the main Tullow to Bunclody road at Ardristan.

The road between Tullow and the Bang Up Cross remains closed for now.
Sergeant Joe Hanly of Tullow Garda station says they are trying to identify the victim of this tragic accident.
