Emergency services are en route to another car fire on the M9 in county Kilkenny.

The blaze broke out around midday southbound lane between Junction 9 (N10) Kilkenny and Junction 10 Knocktopher, about a kilometre north of the Lawcus/Stoneyford area.

It’s not yet known if anybody’s been injured but motorists are asked to avoid the stretch with two lanes affected.
