Final preparations underway for north Kilkenny Truck and Tractor Run

Final preparations are underway in north Kilkenny for the New Year’s Eve Truck and Tractor Run.

The annual Light up the Night event is held to raise awareness around suicide prevention.

Fully illuminated convoys will depart Cillin Hill (trucks) and Ballyragget (tractors) from 4.30pm on Wednesday, with registration open from 1pm.

The community initiative is in support of local mental health charities.
