Illegal dumping is still a huge issue in Carlow Town and county.
That’s according to a report compiled by those in the environment section of the local council that will be presented at next week’s monthly meeting.
However, speaking to KCLR News, Senior Executive Engineer with Carlow Council, Gerry Crowley says that measures are being taken to address it.
