It’ll take time for the provision of enough one and two bed council properties in Carlow town

MIt could be some time for Carlow town to see sufficient provision of one and two bed council homes.

Close to 70% of the demand in the municipal district is for such properties.

Cllr Andrea Dalton has been telling KCLR News’ Dermot Keyes that that’s due to the policy to not build them but says that’s changing, albeit slowly;
