Kilkenny Gardai arrest two motorists for drug driving

Gardaí in Kilkenny have arrested two motorists on suspicion of drug driving as part of ongoing road safety enforcement in the county.

The drivers were stopped separately, one in Castlecomer and the other in Kilkenny City, yesterday

Both individuals failed roadside oral fluid tests, which indicated the presence of cocaine.

Gardaí have also confirmed that two additional motorists were detected driving without insurance during the operation.

All four drivers are expected to appear before the courts at a later date.
