Kilkenny motorist charged after stopped for driving with no insurance

A motorist has been charged for driving with no insurance in Kilkenny.

The driver was stopped by Gardai in Bennetsbridge after their ANPR system flagged the vehicle.

Upon further inspection, the insurance disc appeared to be tampered with.

The driver will now face further charges after already been charged for driving without insurance.
