A Kilkenny travel agent says they have only been given details of Ryanair flight cancellations up to the middle of this week.
The airline’s cancelling up to 50 flights a day for the next six weeks due to a problem with pilots’ rosters.
12 flights in and out of Dublin are among those affected today.
Des Manning told KCLR Live they’ve been busy fielding calls about it and thankfully haven’t had any of their customers affected yet.
But he says they have only been given details of the cancellations up to Wednesday of this week so are ‘in the dark’ after that.
Meanwhile
Passengers whose flights have been cancelled are being advised of their rights by the Commission for Aviation Regulation.
It says passengers are entitled to a full refund, or an alternative flight.
