A local woman has been named Rising Pastry Chef of the Year at the Euro Torque Awards.
The competition is a guided journey of mentorship, community, and growth and last night Elizabeth Dunphy from Ballycallan joined fellow chefs and food experts at the Intercontinental Dublin for the Gala Dinner.
