Vicky Phelan says she’s come to a decision about her treatment in the US.
The cervical cancer campaigner, who’s originally from Mooncoin in South Kilkenny, says she’s been deemed eligible for proton beam therapy which it’s hoped might shrink her tumours by up to 20%.
