New home for respite in Carlow on track

A new home for respite care in Carlow could be in place in the near future.

That’s according to Fine Gael TD Pat Deering, who’s told KCLR news that the HSE are in the process of purchasing a house in Carlow – to reinstate respite care.

The local Dáil Deputy was speaking following the visit of Health Minister Simon Harris to the Holy Angels Day care centre yesterday.

Speaking to KCLR news, Pat says this new house for respite care should be in place soon.
