“Members’ savings and loan accounts will be not be affected by the transfer” as Graiguenamanagh Credit Union merges with St Canice’s today.
That’s according to Claire Lawton, CEO of St Canice’s Credit Union who also says existing members will see no change to their services.
Its branches at High Street, MacDonagh Junction, Ballyragget, Dunnamaggin, Durrow, Mountrath and Rathdowney will close today to facilitate the merger but will reopen tomorrow.
It’s the fifth merger for St Canice’s in less than a year and Claire Lawton says the new members will begin to see more services from local faces.
