The countdown is on for the National Ploughing Championships which will take place in Screggan, Co Offaly in three weeks time.

The annual event is expected to draw up to 300,000 visitors across three days from the 16 th to the 18th of September.
The ploughing competition is the main event and has attracted more than 350 competitors including locals.
