SPICY PORK SAUSAGES

SPICY PORK SAUSAGES

Ingredients

1 lb/450gr minced pork
2oz/50g breadcrumbs
A little grated ginger, about 1tsp
1tblsp chopped parsley
1 egg
Salt & Pepper

Method

Mix the pork, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, ginger and parsley together and add salt & pepper
When well mixed, shape into sausage sizes and place in the fridge for 15 mins
Bake them in the oven for 15 mins drizzled with oil or they can be cooked on a barbecue
