It’s hoped a 24-hour centre in Kilkenny for those affected by suicide will be open within weeks.
‘Teach Tom’ is being set up by the Thomas Hayes Trust in Kilkenny but works being done on their permanent premises won’t be finished until some time next year.
In the meantime, they’ve managed to secure a temporary home on Ormonde Road and founder Angela Hayes told KCLR News that it will be up and running soon.
