10 ‘Part V’ houses confirmed for Browneshill in Carlow

10 part V houses have been confirmed for Carlow.

The construction will go ahead at Browneshill Wood.

The part V scheme allows a local authority to require developers to set aside a certain portion of new developments for social or affordable housing.

Almost €2m has been allocated for the purchase and completion of the 10 four bedroom homes.
