A group of cyclists raising money for AWARE will arrive in Kilkenny this afternoon.
The 20 cyclists from Hays recruitment are embarking on a 700km five city cycle which gets underway this morning.
Their first stop is the marble city, and they hope to be here later this afternoon, where they’ll spend the night before sitting off on phase two in the morning.
The company are hoping to raise 20 thousand euro for AWARE, the charity proving education and support services for individuals suffering from depression and bipolar disorder.
Speaking to KCLR, Richie Smith from Hays Ireland says it’s very important that this charity gets to continue the work they’re doing.
