Kilkenny fire service looking for new recruits

For the first time in ten years the Kilkenny fire service are recruiting.

There are vacancies for retained Fire Fighters – both men and women – in Kilkenny City.

If you’d like the opportunity to serve the community as a part-time, fully trained and on-call Fire Fighter then you’re being urged to get your application in as soon as possible.

You can download an application form the Kilkenny County Council website or you can call to County Hall on John Street to collect a form.

All forms must be submitted by this Wednesday, November 9th.
