Conference coming up in Kilkenny to help church committees save money

If you’re part of a church committee and want some ideas to save money and spruce the place up, there’s a conference coming up in Kilkenny for that.

Inside and Out is a half day event on Saturday the 18th of February in Kilkenny College to discuss ways to save money on energy costs and to improve the environs around churches.

It’s run by the Cashel, Ferns and Ossory Environmental Committee and Andrew Orr from Tullow Rectory says it can cost a lot to heat churches due to their age.
