So says Bernie Power of the Kilkenny Traveller Movement who says a large number of angry and abusive comments online recently have been aimed at the local traveller community.

It’s after a number of animal cruelty cases recently in which at least two horses died in the city.
A peaceful demonstration in response to these incidents was held over the weekend.
