St Luke’s Hospital for Carlow/Kilkenny will be the site of a vigil to highlight the ongoing waiting list backlog in the Health Service.
It’s part of the national “Still Waiting” campaign which will see demonstrations held at a number of hospitals around the country from 5pm.

Organisers claim that 350 lives are lost needlessly each year because of lengthy waiting lists.
Speaking to KCLR News, Cyril Brennan says they’re hoping to see a good crowd locally tonight.
