Carlow Gardai assist in Dublin searches as part of South East burglaries investigation

Carlow Gardai assisted with a series of searches in Dublin yesterday as part of investigations into burglaries in the South East region.

4 men were arrested following searches in the Clondalkin, Ballyfermot and Pearse St areas of Dublin and were taken to Garda stations in Carlow, Thurles, Roscrea and Nenagh for questioning under the Criminal justice act.

Gardaí recovered a large quantity stolen property including a trailer, power tools and other assorted items.

Three of the men are expected to appear before Naas District Court this morning.
