Kilkenny’s Cartoon Saloon announce release date for their latest feature film

We’ll have to wait until next year to see the latest offering from Cartoon Saloon on the big screen.

Animated feature ‘The Breadwinner’ will have its international premiere in Canada next month at the Toronto Film Festival but it will be next May before its released here.

The 25th of May has been set as the release date by StudioCanal for Ireland and the UK.

It’s directed by Nora Twomey and Angelina Jolie is an executive producer.
