Plans for 33 new homes in Castlecomer to be discussed at public meeting later

Plans for 33 new homes in Castlecomer will be discussed at a meeting in the town later.

A public gathering has been organised in the local library from 4 o’clock for locals to find out more about the proposal.

The project will see 19 houses and 14 apartments built in Donaguile.

Local Councillor Maurice Shortall says the houses are badly needed.
