Anti-abortion protest takes place outside Kilkenny GP clinic

Another anti-abortion protest has been taking place outside a health centre – this time in Graiguenamanagh in Kilkenny.

A group of around 10 people gathered yesterday outside a clinic which it’s understood has signed up to provide the new service.

They were seen on Main Street holding placards.

Local gardaí say they were aware of the protest but there were no issues reported.
